Why should I order a Bubble House from your company?
We manufacture our Bubble Houses with the highest quality commercial grade materials and have made significant modifications to the design to enhance balloon circulation, increase durability, and maximize functionality. We also offer proprietary operational methods that we share with our customers in our Essential Guide. Additionally, we are creating a support network to help businesses successfully offer the Bubble House and promote our vendors’ services on our website and social media platforms.
Are the Bubble Houses made in the USA?
Our Bubble Houses are manufactured in China. We oversee the entire production process to ensure all units are manufactured to the highest standards and only use the highest quality materials available on the market. While we would love to manufacture in the states, the pricing would increase significantly and in an effort to offer our customers the best pricing possible we have decided to manufacture outside of the US.
Do you offer a warranty?
We do not offer a warranty and are not responsible for damages. We provide resources for repairs including materials and guided support. If for any reason your Bubble House arrives damaged, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you. In most cases, you are able to file a claim with the courier if the unit was damaged during transport.
Do you offer exclusive deals with vendors in service areas to avoid competition?
We are not a franchise and are not able to offer exclusive rights to vendors at this time.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer international shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, India, Italy, Jamaica, Malta, Mexico, South Africa, Turkey, and the United Kingdom; we are working on adding more regions. Please note, there is a $100 flat rate shipping fee applied to international orders. We manufacture our Bubble Houses in China; your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Bubble House Company is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We currently accept credit/debit payments, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Do you offer payment plans?
We do not currently offer payment plans but are hoping to in the near future!
Meet Heather
Party President and Founder
Heather and Eric, The Bubble House Company’s owners and founders, have always shared a passion for making memories through unique party experiences. After having a blast planning their own wedding, baby showers, and eventually birthday parties for their two children, they decided to keep the party going and started a local event rental business specializing in modern inflatables.
After purchasing their very first inflatable dome (AKA: Bubble House), Heather and Eric quickly realized that the design created tremendous operational challenges and was ultimately a logistical nightmare for events. The balloons did not circulate well, the unit would collapse upon opening the door, and it was significantly labor intensive requiring two people to operate the unit during events.
Heather and Eric knew the Bubble House had so much potential to create the ultimate party experience so they got to work to make it
better.
They began making changes to the design and thoroughly tested each modification during events for their local party rental business. After months of testing, they finally created a high quality Bubble House that effectively circulates balloons with enhanced durability to sustain the wear and tear of events.
After introducing the Bubble House, businesses from all over the world began reaching out to learn more about this cool new concept and were eager to offer this service to their own clients. With so much interest, Heather and Eric realized there was an opportunity to help other businesses successfully purchase and offer the Bubble House.
